Subsequent to the huge success of our first Mac-Nutrition Mentorship for Professionals we are announcing new dates for our second! The 2-day Nutrition Course for Professionals will take place on the 26th & 27th of April.

WHAT is it and WHO is it for?

This Mentorship Nutrition course has been developed to allow professionals such as personal trainers, nutritionists, dietitians, S&C coaches etc to develop their skills, knowledge and diversity in practice whilst gaining a unique insight into practicing as a successful nutritionist. The weekend nutrition course combines lectures, seminars and practical workshops to give attendees the best tools to become a better practitioner and to be able to offer the highest level of service to those they work with. Please note, nutrition course applicants must have a good background knowledge in nutrition with a basic grasp of physiology and biochemistry. We will however provide successful applicants with some optional pre-nutrition course reading material prior to the start of the weekend.

As well as topping up your nutritional knowledge, this nutrition course ultimately teaches you what you can't necessarily learn from a textbook, online or in the classroom; how to apply knowledge to practice working with real-life people in the real world! What will the weekend look like?

We are very excited to announce and unveil our course content over this intensive weekend of learning. Below we have listed the nutrition seminar titles, full details of which can be found in the documents at the bottom of this page. Feel free to download both documents; the first is our application form (applications open 14.10.13 and will be allocated based on merit, on a first come first served basis), the second is our 2-day structured timetable for the weekend nutrition course, the third is a detailed description of what is involved in each seminar.

How do I apply for a place? – Application Deadline

Places are limited (10) as we are keen for this programme to be highly intensive, allowing more 1-2-1 and group contact to the Mac-Nutrition Team for personal support and mentoring. We also want to be able to offer this mentorship to the best possible candidates therefore we are including an application process (downloadable at the bottom of this page). Places will be allocated based on merit, on a first come, first served basis and therefore applications will close once all positions have been filled; get your application in early to increase your chances of success.

How will I know I have a place on the Mentorship? And how do I make payment?

You will receive confirmation of your application within 72 hours of us receiving it.

If you are successful you will receive an electronic acceptance letter, which we ask that you fill in and return along with your payment, within 10 days to secure your place. Details of how to make payment will be included in your acceptance letter. Once both elements are received you will be sent our Mac-Nutrition Mentorship Welcome Pack with full details of the weekend including logistical details and information on accommodation.
