(Student of Nutrition, Dietetics or Related Area)
Please note this placement is applicable to any Undergraduate student currently studying nutrition, dietetics, sports science or a related area, and looking to complete a sandwich/placement year in an applied nutrition setting. You must have covered some nutrition modules within your degree programme to be eligible for this placement. The post will involve supporting Mac-Nutrition in all areas of nutrition; sports performance, weight loss and clinical nutrition.

- Hours: 3 – 5days/week (appropriate to course requirements)
- Start Date: July – August 2017
- Duration: 9 – 12 months
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Mac-Nutrition is an established nutrition consultancy, providing services to the general population, corporate sector and sporting bodies, teams and individuals as well as education programs and qualifications for health and fitness professionals. The successful applicant will work closely with the Mac-Nutrition team on both external contracts and in-house projects.
The right candidate must be passionate enough about nutrition to want to spend time dedicated to reading research and articles, listening to podcasts and developing an understanding of what excellent practice looks like. Applicants must have a desire to work under the Mac-Nutrition brand and to diligently and faithfully act as a promoter of the company’s philosophies.
