As a competitive powerlifter, having the correct nutrition regimen to promote gains in strength and muscle mass, whilst also minimising body fat gain, is imperative. Martin has been a fantastic resource to myself throughout my training cycle and during competition periods. Recently, Martin helped me in creating a diet plan in which I managed to lose over 2 stone whilst maintaining all my strength. Martin’s knowledge was invaluable to me at this time, not only this, but also Martin’s guidance and support helped me to achieve my goals.
