Conducted down at the well respected lab of Dr. Tipton at Birmingham University this new study again gives an insight into the importance of protein for athletes. Unfortunately, it does not give us any information on the difference between 1.8g of protein /kg BW vs 2.3g/kg BW however it at least confirms quite conclusively what 'we' already knew.
